I was unsure on whether this would fit me as I am a 6’1? 180lb man.
It does and it is the best pack i have ever run in. it doesn?t move, has intuitive cargo locations, and is light as a feather.

Love this little sucker
Never have I ever be contemplating taking on longer runs with my big frame, I was used to refilling my water bottle along the way at chosen stops, but then started thinking over that they’ll close (where will I refill)
I don’t have opportunity to relatively frequent establish water stops and I’m the only one outta my friends “stupid” enough to do this
Also a big fear of drop bags being stolen when I leave it alone is not helping, so I decided to look into hydration packs; and this one stood out like a casted thumb with a 1.5L bladder, 1 big pocket (Fuel), 1 zipped pocket (Zune MP3 player) and one open pocket and easy to strap on.
The weight was so minimal, the comfort is just superb and will hold in place (Seems very solid and rugged build even with minimal design)
I currently use it in combination with a 20 Oz bottle for open front pocket as electrolyte water source, so I have roughly over 2L water available
The rest stops / refill stops will be less often and I can establish better areas (especially with winter coming around)
If time comes for a bigger bladder being necessary, I know the company to stop at first

Super Comfortable
This is by far the most comfortable hydration option I’ve owned for running trail ultras.
I’ve used a couple different Camelbacks and water bottle waist packs (both single and double) and this is by far the most comfortable and user friendly hydration pack out there.
It is clearly designed for the ultra runner in mind with the easy access front pockets – perfect for fuel and other essentials.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for hydration for running. Keep in mind, however, that it is 50 oz and doesn’t have a large compartment for carrying a lot of stuff.
It is fairly stripped down which is what I think is great about it.

Great Pack
I bought this pack for my son's birthday. I use a camel back pack for running which is ok. The Nathan pack is much better for runners. My son's comments are, it is comfortable and he likes the pockets. Over all he is very happy.

Hydration Pack Is OK
I wore the hydration pack on a run of about 7 miles to see how I would like it. It is very comfortable as far as the mesh material against my skin.
The cons that I noticed were: a. the fluid sloshes quite a bit while running, not a big deal but can be annoying b. when filling the bladder, it was somewhat awkward due to the opening location c. while running the fluid seems to leak when opening and closing the mouthpiece, if you have water this is not a problem, but I used powerade so my hands got sticky each time I took a drink; overall.
I will use the hydration pack on my long runs and it is better than wearing bottles on my hips
